SPECIAL ORDER SERVICE (SOS):
If on the request of the customer i-gasp place an order for an item from our partners based abroad for a particular item, items CAN NOT be returned because customer changed their mind. Because of the logistics involved in bringing this item in, the only grounds for return will be if item is faulty or wrong items different from the one specified on the order form was delivered. This is a bespoke service.
ONLINE/OFFLINE RETAIL SALE:
If items were purchased from i-gasp online retail shop or by visiting i-gasp office, customer can return this item within seven (7) days of purchase in new and resalable condition to our office at 2b Oyetola Street, Opebi Ikeja Lagos for a refund. Where the item was delivered, the refund amount will be less the cost of delivery. Delivery cost will be the amount charged for delivery or its equivalent where delivery charge was waved.
